Goldmark has been the absolute best rental company we've rented from. I highly recommend them to everyone!
I've lived at Autumn Ridge going on 3 years now. I've had very few problems and enjoy living here. Definitely worth the time of checking into living here.
I love living here the people are great the area is great and all the office staff are very helpful and great
The team in the rental office are great people and very easy to work with! They are one of the main reasons I chose Cherry Creek!
Do not rent here. I am not very happy with management. I am leaving and moving out of the state at the end of September. Normally there is a 30 day notice, but not with these guys there is a 60 day notice. Good management would call two months prior to see if they would like you to renew so avoid having this problem. This company did not do that and are saying I have to pay extra fees plus my normal rent for the month of October and "upper management" said there is no way around it, and wanted to charge me more fees. I have never once paid rent late, had any violation, had any problems against me, and never complained until now. This is how they want to treat a good tenant. When I had maintenance issues that didn't get fixed until 3 months after me noticing it and letting them know, I never complained. It would be nice to see management give back to someone who is not even ten days late on a notice, and charging him over $800. I will be taking pictures myself when I do move out, as nothing was damaged and will put an update on here for things they said were damaged. In turn, I highly advise against renting here. It would be nice to see management do something about this.
