Lived here with my husband for several years. The first issue was the toilet cover (this was the day we moved in): maintenance never came. 2nd: our fridge stopped working, again maintenance never came until we complained more. 3rd: Our oven baked cookies in about 8 minutes, the metal rod eventually burned off and sparks were flying: maintenance actually came that time due to the emergency. Over time, our AC unit broke down, they'll come to fix it, never did after a year of complaining. Then they're installing new AC units across the buildings, "you're on the list" they never came. Our neighbor across the hall had cold north air blowing into his apartment in -50F wind chills, maintenance never came either. One time, maintenance needed to do an inspection for water leaks, they let themselves in while I was on the toilet. Yeah, thanks for that. This is a very horrible company with horrible two-faced owner (mom and daughter). Do not rent from these people.

Called to ask about apartment availability and they hung up on me! This was the second time I called in a week and the first time I left a voicemail and never heard back.

Woods apartment has a best management. First when I meet Miss Linda she was very friendly and her daughter Ramy too she very kind and humble I am sure was got that from her mom.

Lived here back in 2019. We had mold growing in almost all the windows. Had ice forming & snow coming in through windows and the balcony door. We contacted the landlord/ owners and did not get the required assistance with this issue in the middle of winter. On top of all of this, our heat barely worked. We had to avoid our living room as it was simply too cold to sit comfortably without being bundled up. When we contacted them about this, they took there time with getting back to us & their excuse was that they didnt know it was as bad as it was, but we explained it to our best ability. They had only one person come out to the unit only to clean the mold.. didnt address the other issues. We ended up ending our lease early.

Left a message on line, it said someone would get back to me. They never did. So I called them. So unprofessional. Know someone who loves there now and it takes forever to get something fixed!
