Our amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, controlled access, fitness and community rooms, paid utilities (heat and hot water), washer/dryer hookups (in select 2 and 3 bedrooms), washer and dryer in unit, underground parking (with opener), elevators in all buildings, as well as other extras like air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal and blinds to enhance your living experience.
I would normally give an excellent but this last month there have been a few issues. However, the issues were handled with in 24 hrs. (usually with in a couple of hours) and are very rare. Your staff is excellent and keep grounds and buildings in good repair.
Underground Parking, wide hallways(in apartment and entrances after getting into building) Elevators in the apartment building! Security Entrance, large rooms, walk-in closet, pantry off the kitchen. The only thing I am not too keen on is that they keep raising the rent every year. After living here for 6 years, I would hope I would be seeing it leveling out, but otherwise I love living here.

Office staff and maintenance are very pleasant. Efficient to respond to your requests for maintenance. The buildings are kept very clean vacuum weekly. Very easy to work with.
