I have lived in this building for almost 4 years, it is a nice location where I can take a walk along the bike path & in the winter the view is pretty. The apartments I have seen here are nice sized & a good layout. The only problem is management or maintenance is very disorganized & you have to ask multiple times to get anything fixed or issues addressed.

I love our apartment, it's the best one I've found in 3 years of moving around. The southgate staff are incredibly helpful andaccommodating, I've never had a bad experience.
