The apartments are good for the price, maintenance is always on time and he does a good job, some things are outdated like the fridge, the plates for the switch is outdated too I feel with just new ones and white ones the apartment would look better, I can hear anything at my apartment so that's good, but other people have told me they listen steps noise and everything thank god my apartment doesn't have this problem, I like my apartment I think the price is fair, is well located, If I have a problem mainance will fix the problem so I really liked living in here, The only thing that I dislike is some people who left things in the main entrance or back entrance, like banana peels, and orange peels, some plates, garbage, and people smoking cigarretes even knowing you cant smoke, when I walk to my apartment I can smell like cigarretes.
