The move in process has been simple. I have a quality apartment given the rate, building, and location. Having a nice apartment right by the bus route and nearby stores and restaurants I can save money and live well. The service has been excellent I look to pay it forward as a tenant here.

The building and units are great and definitely met my expectations. Being close to so many amenities makes my living experience enjoyable. Only problem I had (aside from one or two neighbors) is that I had to complain about the parking situation multiple times. Management did what they could, considering their policy BUT I wish I didn't have to hassle anyone for MY parking spot. Overall though, I love my apartment.

The apartment is great, the complex is dirty on the outside, the inside is taken care of though. Allowing dogs would be awesome and lowering rent would be too
