I felt a sense of being home here. It is a comfortable and respectful atmosphere. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and action is taken immediately. That is all greatly appreciated.
My Carr apartment is very nice. I love the big windows and the type of blinds they have (big ones that open from right to left). The layout is also very nice, and the bathroom is a good size with a nice shower. All the appliances work well. There is a lot of storage space in each bedroom, the kitchen, the entryway closet, and the bathroom. There is also a storage room that works well for storing outdoor equipment and my cat's litter box. My cat definitely enjoys the big windows. It is a pretty secure building and I love the fact that I have a garage.

I commend on how the management do thorough background check for their prospect tenants.It is important to me because it only means that they care about on the safety and security of their costumers. Who would loved to stay in an unsafe environment? Secondly, the staff are so professional in dealing on your concerns.
Monticello is a great location for any collge student, the convenient location close to campus is great. The bus stop and grocery store right across the street has cut my car usage in half! I would recommend Monticello to anyone.
