On surface level the apartment unit does look a bit old but still has a homely feel to it. just wish that all prior explained problems were taken care of before i had moved in, because calling for maintenance within the first 3 days definitely leaves an impression on someone.

The manager is very nice. The renting process is very easy. This apartment is so near to the supermarket and very convient to buy food and daily goods.
