Staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are neat and clean. Ample parking. Response to maintenance requests are prompt. My building is quiet. Laundry room is clean and affordable. Location of buildings are in good neighborhoods and close access to shopping.

Currently I am not happy at all, as I have been harassed by these people for months now with no resolve on my part... I see all the office is not helping me with this problem at all, having me contact the police to try and have them do their job for them...

Just about the maintenance people need to look around, and secondly when the maintenance take a dirty filter out day need to throw it away, they didn't need to live it in the appartment
