I absolutely love living here, the price is 1000% worth it. The ladies in the management office here are all sweethearts. The parking is a 9/10, the weekends do get a little busy but the parking ramp usually doesnt fill up past the 4th-5th floor. As long as you arrive after 5pm and leave before 10am the next morning you do not have to pay to park in the ramp, weekends are free! Some of the best restaurants in fargo are walking distance. The roof top patio is well kept in the summer time and an awesome place to hangout with friends.

Attentive property manager, modern finishes, roof top patio, amazing views of downtown. Ive lived here since the building opened and have been very happy.

The Complex Manager, Ms. Donna was very accommodating and helped us tremendously while we were in Fargo ND, on contract for work. Location, location, location: we were in the middle of the Little, Big city of Fargo and our apartment was perfect!
