Aspen Trail Apartments

Spoke to Kacie, and she has really been nothing but nice, after showing me the apt, everything has went so smoothly, should be moving in at the end of this week.

The property manager Leila and Tom are amazing to work with. Everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. The building is always clean and quiet. The Neighbors are always friendly. It is such a beautiful neighborhood away from the noise but also close enough that you can get to most things in a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend renting with this company.

Going on my second year living in these apartments. The apartment stays clean and they're seemingly nice apartments except for the fact that in our apartment alone we've had a bedroom window that would leak every hard rain and took 3 months to finally get fixed and recently had a bathroom ceiling peel the paint and start leaking when our upstairs neighbor takes a shower. Management is fine but the construction problems make it feel cheap.

Ive lived here almost 4 years and until the last year it was great. Neighbors are noisy and disrespectful of other tenants. No one wants to get woken up at 3, 4, 5am because of the neighbors coming home drunk and thinking its ok to be obnoxious. People think its ok to leave their garbage in the entry way because they dont want to bring it into the apartment. I did not want to move again but at this point its time. My lease cant be over soon enough.

Staff is disrespectful, would never move back.
