Aspen Ponds Apartments

Have lived in aspen pond for three years. Have not had a problem with getting things fixed in my apartment. I love being out in the country and its a very quiet place to live. Everyone that sees my apt Loves it and so do I. A great place to live.

We have lived at Aspen Ponds for two years and find it very enjoyable. It's a quiet place with nice neighbors. The manager has been very cooperative and has taken care of every one of our concerns. We think the rooms are a nice size.

VERY cold in the winter had my kitchen pipes freeze resulting my entire kitchen to be torn apart so the pipes could be moved. Took over 6 months for the fireplace motor to be replaced. Apartments are poorly insulated so you can hear everything going on above and around you. People don't respect the assigned underground parking spots. Frequently had someone parking in my spot forcing me to park outside. Management doesn't warn you when they are coming into the apartment. Property manager is difficult to work with. I Wouldn't recommend these apartments.

Management is terrible! If you ever had any issues, the manager would never get back to you. Calling the office, none of the girls would ever answer. When you has a question or complaint, they gave such attitude. very unprofessional. Apartments are beautiful but rooms are so small. Some units I know were advertised as 2 bedrooms but only had 1 legal room and 1 with no access to a window. Tell me how you can charge for a 2 bedroom at market rent when in real estate thats not allowed?

Very chilly apartment , electric runs about 250 every month in winter just to keep place comfortable and very cheaply made. Looks are very deceiving with this place unfortunately. Issues are not resolved in a timely manner, would not recommend this place.

I would definitely not recommend very far from everything and apartment isn't properly insulated extremely cold in the winter
