Love our location and its quiet. Its not very clean outside of apartments, its kind of embarrassing since other apartment buildings are clean nearby.

Yes, we allow painting of walls under the conditions that the walls must be repainted back to the original color upon move out and all expenses would be the resident's responsibility should you decide to paint. If you have any further questions about this, please feel free to reach out to the site office!
