I love living at 300Lime!! You absolutely get what you pay for! The apartments are beautiful, clean and well laid out. The heated parking garage is a life saver and there are always enough spots. The security systems in place are top of the line and I love the access pad at the front door to let guests in without having to leave your apartment! There is also a coffee machine in the lobby!!
I love how modern everything is! The parking garage is wonderful given that it is heated so you are not going into a freezing cold car in the mornings. The amenity deck is beautiful, I can't wait to use the fire pits in the summer time. I also love having access to the free complimentary coffee bar every morning and the free treats/cookies they set out once in awhile.
Apartment building is cheaply constructed. You can hear everything your neighbors do.
A combination of how new it is and how genuinely responsive the staff are makes 300 Lime the best apartment Ive been in.
The whole apartment complex is incredibly beautiful and up to date, as should be expected with the price. Also to be expected are small issues which is simply the nature of living in a building with other peoplenothing actually worrying but issues nonetheless. However, the staff are so quick and relatable that it I feel confident knowing whatever inevitable problem presents itself will be fixed quickly.

Very nice, new product. Exercise room and community room very nice. 2 items keep me from rating excellent: TV channel selections in exercise room and community room should be enhanced - NFL network not provided so Thursday and/or Saturday NFL games on that channel are not available. Due to work schedule I plan my workouts to watch the game. Coffee service in the lobby area needs to be monitored more closely. I've reached out 2 or 3 times to refill the machine.
