Cyndy and her staff were absolutely fabulous to work with during my time in Dickinson. Knowledgeable and friendly and caring about the residents. Cyndy helped me navigate the process of getting all the utilities set up and help with great recommendations for local services. I would definitely rent again.

We really liked our studio apartment here! It was clean and spacious. The apartment manager is very helpful, personable, and responds quickly to questions. If youre planning to rent in Dickinson, I would suggest you consider this complex. I know we would rent there again!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Mallard Heights apartments for the past six (6) months, and I give it a 5 star rating. The office manager went above and beyond to provide me with all of the information I needed prior to my arrival. This is an extremely secure, quiet, clean, affordable and comfortable apartment complex. It is set up for cable tv and wired for WiFi capabilities with one simple phone call to the local cable provider, Consolidated. If given the opportunity, I will definitely return to Mallard Heights. So, if youre looking for the perfect place to say, check out Mallard Heights before you make the decision to sign a lease somewhere else.
