    terrible! no one contacted me for the whole month! I wanted to rent an apartment, but unfortunately you did not help me with this

    Natalie, the property manager is very unprofessional and hard to get in contact with. Walls are very thin. They plow snow in front of garages and expect tenants to shovel it away. Parking lot is completely covered in ice, and while management is aware, they do nothing. When a fall was reported, Natalies exact response was Im aware of the ice situation. The elevator works about 50% of the time. Would not recommend living here.

    Would not recommend moving in here. Since changing management, it is impossible to get in contact with anyone during an emergency. Our contact person takes so long to return calls or messages. We've been without hot water all day and no one will respond that they are aware or that they are looking into it. No one will even pick up when calling the company's main phone number during business hours The lack of communication is extremely disappointing. They are now allowing people to have pets, which is great, but when these owners do not pick up after their animals management will not address the issue. The parking situation is also poorly. More times than not, people park infront of the garages because there is nowhere else to park. This makes it super difficult to get out of a garage if someone is parked behind you and you are trying to get to work or to other commitments. Management will not address this issue either because "she does not live on the premisis." Her solution was that she could provide a note that we could leave on the vehicle. I am not the building manager and this is not my responcibility. When we first moved in, we loved it but since management changes it has really gone downhill.
