Garden Grove management was always very nice and helpful with any questions or issues I had. Maintenance requests were acted on in a timely manner and normally within the same day or next day that the service request was put in. Some appliances and features are a little outdated but are acceptable for the affordable price of rent.

The matinence is good but everything else is poor, a now ex matinence man still has cameras watching all 3 garden grove buildings using resident garages as a storage unit when he doesn't live here, rent for a less than 1000 square foot apt even with me being able to find pleases for 600 or less I'm still paying over 700 a month, there was mold in the apartment when we took it and had told management about the water damage under the windows and it took nearly 3 years to have then come look at it. Started off paying 875 a month here and that was expensive even for the oilfield price and the reluctancy to adjust rent is rediculus trying to charge me more when I renew my lease
