Love the old school feeling of the building. Bright sunny apartment and everything downtown is easily within walking distance. Quiet building and management is responsive to concerns and maintenance request.

Rosser I is located in a very unique location next. I-94,S.Wal-Mart and so more. I personally recomment it.
