Bradbury apartments are a very nice place to live at a reasonable price. Biggest complaint is the poorly maintained laundry facilities.

affordable living and central location. large green spaces that are sheltered from the street making them safe and providing privacy. walking distance from a grocery store and gas station makes this a convenient location to make your home!

It was very clean when I moved in, but the carpet was not professionally cleaned like they said it had been. I had to vacuum to get rid of all the cat hair that had collected against the walls. I was told prior to moving in that my carpet, linoleum, and cabinets had all been updated. They were not. The shower was dripping and I wasnt able to use it until the following evening. Theres a drawer in the kitchen that was broken when I moved in. The manager notified maintenance. I notified maintenance again 2 days later. Its been almost a full week since Ive moved in and its still broken and unusable. The pipes click and bang all the time. Otherwise its pretty quiet and comfortable.
