No electricity in garage maintenance sucks I have been here 4 months and still don't have a working dishwasher ni needvto call the office they don't answer and if you leave a message they don't call back. Garages are 1/2 block from your apartment parking spot for apartment are full of snow or someone else parks there not secure at all.

The price is not worth the rent. If your credit is bad,than consider it. Appliances are out dated, no washer and dryer in the unit, parking is one mile from actual apartment no matter the quality of your car starter can start your car from in your home. You paid for water,sewer, garbage. The carpet is brown I black light it it was disgusting with dog stains. Lived there for six months and still couldn't get rid of dogs hair in the carpet. I was not able to use all the cabinets in the kitchen due to piror water damage. The closet were constantly falling out of place.
