      Do not rent units in 1600 building, water damage to ceilings, black mold, they only fix cosmetic, respray ceilings when tenants move, they DO NOT FIX THE ISSUE, also problems with dumpsters not being emptied at least once a month

      The management at these apartments suck they don't have a true maintenance guy to fix stuff and they lie, lie ,lie.

      a no star will be the right answer. no a/c with a new born for 3 weeks and no fix. they made me pay for the full moth even though i had to go look where to live for three weeks!! took over a month to send check!! awful place to live!! you will regret it!!!
