If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely not it. Save your time and money. This place is a dump. I had a leak in my master bathroom which caused mold to grow. They decided to cut out my ceiling to fix the leak and took exactly 11 months to replace it. During this time water constantly poured into my bathroom whenever the tenants upstairs showered or used their toilet, mind you all of the wiring and exhaust fan was hanging down loosely . I eventually called the city code enforcement who found my apartment to be uninhabitable for humans and ordered them to repair within 30 days or move me and guess what. Im still here 3 months later and th repairs were just made 1 week ago. This place is really a freaking joke.
These are good people. They are always nice to me . This is going to be my fourth year with them and I fee treated well by these guys. Every so often they throw little parties which is cool. The complaints you see are from people that dont know how to talk to people and are just not happy people. A lot of work to the property was done like the plants and the pool. The problem with the pool is not the management its the fact that other people in the are who dont go to this complex disrespect the pool rules and try to party after hours. Yes I had an issue with payment but after extensive conversations its all good. People complain because they are not happy with their life but as far as this apt goes I like this place and I will most likely stay for a few more years . Cheers to all
Once again the pool will not be opening for the second summer in a row but they have new chairs and deck in the pool area which is stupid. Fix the pool then decorate. They keep changing owners and all they do is plant new flowers. No updates to the inside of the apartments. I only deal with one person who works in the office because no one else knows how to do their job. Property manager took my rent payment and they still put a note on my door saying i didnt pay. Assistant property mananger argued with me on the phone for 20 mins once i told him I was not paying late fee since i have a receipt written from the property that my rent was paid on time. You have to send in maintenance request 3 or 4 times for them to send someone. Our lease is up in a few months and we are moving.
New name, same sorry property manager. They will help you get into this horrible hood complex after that they will igrone you. No return phone calls or email replies. Poor customer service!
Removed recycling bins and added 120.00 a year fee. Added water and sewer plus charge 120.00 per year to tell you your rent fee that is already on your lease. Pest control now on a too late as needed basis instead of routine maintenance, same for air filters. Pool, there has been only one opened for approximately 150 days in 3 years.
