    I have lived here for two years and two months. The building where I live is noisy and parking is atrocious. I have a sign and can't find parking because someone that runs up and down the stairs from 3rd floor takes the available parking using a borrowed handicapped sign.. Overnight visitors and other buildings will not park in overflow. When I come home from work, I have to park in front of the condos next door. Dogs aren't always on leashes. I have been awakened by the police knocking at 3 in the morning. I'm moving.
