Residences At Diamond Ridge

Always read the reviews. It is so helpful to hear from those who have already experienced something. Please always submit an honest review. After reading the reviews from current and former tenants at Diamond Ridge, I have decided to remove this apartment complex from my list of potential rental locations. Several of the tenants complained in their review that the apartment is infested with roaches. One of the complainants even showed pictures of roaches in her apartment. Although management replied to some reviews, they did not reply to any of the reviews that complained about the roaches. That speaks volumes! I would be horrified to move into a new home, only to pick up a roach problem that could potentially follow me wherever I go. Roaches, like bed bugs, rats, and other pests, are almost impossible to get rid of completely and are hazardous to your health. Hopefully, management will get this issue resolved for the current residents. Good luck!

If you have any kind of self respect or dignity or any kind of standard of living - dont do it. Weve had a roach infestation for idk how long and management has been made aware and the city of Winston Salem has also been made aware and nothing has been done other than retaliation and harassment and coming from someone who has spent summers in Detroitthat says a lot.

I have not been here yet and I also have not received any contact from this establishment. Oh I may have heard back from Deja at this establishment and all of the pricing on the internet where priced at least $150 dollars higher then she was instructed to offer SAD BUSINESS PRACTICE

Kids are allowed to run in apartment. Hardwood floors, lots of noise. Complained about noise, no help from management. If you are looking for peace, this is not the place to live. Moved in 2 weeks ago, can not live like this the next 11months. Have to fine a way to get out if lease. Have to get assistance from some lawyer.

If you want fees to go up and rules to be place randomly then this is the place for you. Will try to get late fees out of you on the 5th when it's only late on the 6th. Will then throw your things off your balcony without you knowing.

This complex looks extremely rundown. Although there was visible security cameras around the property it didn't seem like a safe location. I didn't even get out of my vehicle. Also, the parking lot is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate.
