Pine Ridge at Reynolda

The apartments themselves are decent, but the management is absolutely atrocious. A new company bought out the apartments and raised rent by at least $80 for all tenants--with some being raised as much as almost $300, and the maintenance has become absolutely abysmal, and the office staff is almost impossible to reach. I wholeheartedly would not recommend living here if you have ANY other options. They do not care about your safety, your time, or your life outside of when they want to get things done. They're not at all concerned with actually enforcing housing code, either. It took them two weeks to give us an operable, draining kitchen sink. Eagleview Property Management, which is the company that took over the properties in January, does not care about tenants in the slightest, and is only concerned with making money.

I'm currently looking for a 2 bedroom apartment.

I requested information about the complex be sent to me and never received any.

I can't give it an honest review, because even though it's listed as available, the office says there are no open apartments.
