      The front office staff is not helpful when it comes to issues you are having with your apartment and maintenance issues. Maintenance comes into your apartment and leaves a mess along with their personal belongings. Very unprofessional people. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

      I have experienced nothing but satisfaction since I moved here to the point when someone I know is looking I highly recommend Ashton Oaks. I read some reviews that were negative but there is always two sides to every story. Some people can not be pleased or they are bitter due to their circumstances. The ladies in the office handle all matters (& there are a lot to keep up with) professionally and friendly. The maintenance staff are fast, efficient and friendly. We all must have patience and understsnding. Thus far, I am glsd I call Ashton Oaks home.

      I been living at the complex about one year now. Since the first day I walked in to apply for my place it's been nothing less then welcoming arms. Jasmine, and Hanna have smiles and personalities that will light the sky. Ms.Betty is going to make sure you're satisfied before you leave the office. I have never had a bad experience with Management. The maintenance is quick, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. Moreover,they keep the grounds clean. AND IT'S SAFE. I would recommend this complex to EVERYONE... ****D.FIELDS****

      The staff have been very helpful and very welcoming since I moved in. There were 2 minor maintenance issues when I moved in. Both were fixed the same day whenever I brought it their attention, and they were fixed fully. The apartments are in good shape for their age. For the price, its hard to beat the location. Close to WFU, plenty or restaurants and shopping nearby.
