Bridgewater Place

It was nice nobody brother me and it is quite for me. I would be a lot better when it snow if someone would clear the ice when its bad weather it would be so much better and you wouldn't have to worry about coming down the stairs. I really like my apartment.

Upon moving in my apartment home the apartment was unclean and several things were not properly taken care of the way the should have been for a new tenant. For example the carpet was unclean the vent in the bathroom had major dust build up that I asked them to clean and to this day 6 moths later is still there filthy. Also both bathroom and kitchen sinks were leaking bad. I had to personally pay someone to fix them. The folks are nice enough but when it comes down to it, not the best service.

I have been a resident there for over 5 years. During my tenure I have never received my carpet cleaned as well as the numerous pot holes that taint the complex. I may not renew my lease because they always seem to go up on the rent but never do anything to upgrade and modify the community. If the pot holes get any bigger then cars will start falling into them. Its a good starter apartment but would not stay for an extended period of time due to the rent increases and lack of up grading..horribl
