Worst Experience EVER !!!! Property Manager & Assistant is VERY unprofessional !! Received my welcome letter and #4 days before moving in the Assistant called saying I made to much and I could not move in nor get my holding fee back . HOW?? do I receive a welcome letter with my address turn the lights on and 4 days before moving in you call saying I cant move in ?? NEED NEW PROFESSONAL MANAGERS
There are a lot of unsupervised children playing in the parking lot. These issues were never addressed and they left trash all over the place. Plus things never get fixed in a timely fashion, including AC/heat as well as pipes necessary for resudents to have water.
Office assistant need two have a better attitude when dealing with the community.
My suggestion is to have an extra pair of hands in the office to take calls and other complaints the residents or anyone may have.
management neverget work orders out that are important. Things take forever to get fixed.they tell you that going come back the next day and it be weeks.
