    I wouldnt recommend anyone to live here. First and foremost the apartments need to be renovated. Nothing in the apartment is new except for the carpeting. Secondly management isnt honest or professional. And last but definitely not least the maintenance crew is a joke. Had I not been in a rush to move from my last residence I would have NEVER moved here. Please read all the reviews listed and take heed because majority of them are true.

    Mangers are rude : talk smack to you then kick you out on fault charges . The one lady rides around in her truck and talk smack to the kids . Horrible place to say . They dnt fix anything and will kick u out if you complain and blame it on something else . Very very rude . Do not move here . And dont get me started abt the manger and the pool lord . Just dont do it

    Both managers are rude and very disrespectful. My neighbors moved and they havent cleaned the apartment in 2months and its causing roaches in my house and they dont care to do anything about it .

    PLEASE save yourself the STRESS and DO NOT move to Bethabara Pointe. I have been a resident here going on 3 years because it is so hard to get out of their lease that requires a 60 day notice. The office staff is very unprofessional and always act like you are a bother to them. They send out notices that are dated a week before they are actually distributed to the residents and the notice will be for the next day or two. They close the office whenever they want creating their own office hours. They do a sorry job of keeping the maintenance up on the inside and outside of the units. Took them two weeks to come fix the kitchen sink from leaking. Also my unit has a HORRIBLE MICE issue that I have reported to management multiple time and they do not take it seriously.
