do not move to alaris village apartments...if you want to enjoy a resort style pool with memory foam beds and bar style tables and chairs then by all means move here..but if you want to breath fresh air and not live with worms under your carpet due to mold and flooding problems that the office is well aware of with pictures on file then run the other way!!!!! we have been dealing with the office since may of 2017 over the black mold and worms they have yet to fix it or even try to fix it...david the new manager said we are going to patch your closet up soon...well are you going to take care of the problem or just patch it up? maintenance men said it isn't safe for them to come in because they do not need to breath it for health issues ok! should we? pay almost 1000 dollars in rent and other fees a month I can live with mold and worms outside for free!!! now office is complaining about our dog that is registered and has been for as long as we have had him but they say he is an aggressive breed, wasn't when we registered him (intimidation maybe)..management seems to forget a lot of the conversations he has had about the length of time it is going to take to fix the issues. but he hasn't forgotten the word eviction (another intimidation move) do your jobs and everyone will be just fine. we pay our rent and cause no trouble on the property at all...before anyone says anything about why haven't we moved my response will be are you going to contribute to our moving cost because Dave, David said its not alaris village responsibility...even if we moved to another unit...what is alaris village responsibility to buy new pool furniture that all the tenants work hard to pay for or fix the issues in the apartment we live in?
