It has been a wonderful experience moving to Stephens Pointe. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful to work with. Our apartment is very spacious. The staff is great to work with and always there to help. I can't wait for summer to get here and to be able to use all of the amenities! I feel like we live at a resort!
Wonderful. We love living here. Office management is 5 star, friendly neighbors, peaceful, ammenties are amazing, grounds are maintained beautifully. The pool is salt water and loads of fun. When I walk my dogs, neighbors always say hello to us. All residence are approached and seem genuinely happy. The office team is always finding ways to create fun social nights. Our favorite parties to date have been the Fourth of July and Halloween parties. The management just added a brand near fountain in our pond with beautiful lights. We could not be more content. We just officially signed our 3rd lease. Our son has many playmates who love the playground and pool as much as we do!
The staff have been very pleasant to deal with. Any concerns have been addressed in a timely fashion. The apartment is great and further improvements to facilities are being implemented.
The staff are excellent and I would recommend this community to all.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
