Staff is always friendly and helpful. If maintenance is needed, the maintenance team is prompt. Resident events are great, they offer a lot of various activities throughout the year. Great communications via e-mail. Grounds are always clean and well maintained, pet owners are responsible and clean up after their pets (thank you!). Fitness center has a variety of good equipment. I like that the club house is always open to residents via key fob. This is a privilege as other complexes do not offer 24/7 access to the entire club house. Grills and grill area between every other building are a great amenity as well!

Stephens Pointe is a great place to live. The prices are fair and the amenities are unbeatable althought the coffee machine is a bit dirty looking where the beans are and where the liquid comes out. Nothing a good cleaning cant fix. Weve lived here for a year and renewed our lease recently due to the high costs of renting else where and the quality of the apartments. The club house is a great place to hang out with friends/family and theres a pool table too. Outdoor TV is a great place to watch football games and grill out. The staff is very friendly/polite and maintainence crews work well. We had an issue with our dryer and after trying a couple repairs to fix the issue and it still not working they just replaced it with a different one which has been working great. My only complaint is the dog park which doesnt seem to get a lot of love. It hasnt been mulched in quite some time and being a dog owner it is hard to bring them there due to the amount of mud and dirt they accrue while playing. In conclusion I would say for the Porters Neck area Stephens Pointe is the most reasonably priced place to live and I very much enjoy living here.

Stephens Pointe has been so helpful for us since we have been displaced from the storm. Everyone in the office has been super welcoming. The apartment complex is very clean and the clubhouse always has fun activities.

We just renewed our lease and will be starting our third year here. We have been very pleased with the amenities, responses to our needs and the extremely competent and friendly staff. We feel they are friends now. Occasionally another tenant can be bothersome, but the management handles any potential problems immediately and effectively. Recently a family member moved here from Maine and has become a resident in the Hawthorne in Leland, because she is working in Brunswick County, and she loves it. Her family will be following her here by the summer hopefully, so it has been a good choice for our family.

Have lived here three years and could not imagine living anywhere else! Maintenance crew and office staff are awesome. I love the pond and the walking trail they provided for walking. The pool is relaxing and the gym and fireplaces provide everything I need to unwind. I seriously never want to leave this place.
