Everything is close to the quad, I am able to get to my friends places, food restaurants, basically everything.

Pros:
- Cheap rent
- Good location
- Pet-friendly
- Nice office staff
- Cute, decently sized apartments that aren't falling apart
- Friendly neighbors
- Amenities (gym, pool, dog park, laundry room, and so on)

Cons:
- A little small, but it's what you make of it
- Very minor issues with the apartments (chewed doors and a broken oven burner, for example)
- The occasional loud party (usually stopped soon)

More Details:

I've been living here for about 4 months now, and I really enjoy it. It really depends on what you're looking for. The ladies in the office are super nice and helpful, and the Quad hosts a few events every month. The complex has a gym, pool, laundry area, Hub package pick-up, and a nice office.

The apartments are a decent size, but they're not so big that you can have a ton of furniture crammed in there with loads of walking room. My bedroom fits a full-sized bed, two night tables, a wide dresser, a laundry hamper, and a desk comfortably with walking space; our living room fits a 3-person couch, lamp, coffee table, entertainment stand, bookcase, trashcan, and blanket basket with little room left on the perimeter and about a 6X7 rug's worth of walking space; the kitchen is a little bit cramped once you add the dining table (we got one of those 4-person Mainstays tables from Walmart, and it's just the right size; don't go bigger), but it's fine. The bedrooms have carpet and the halls, living room, and kitchen all have wood laminate. The apartments have large windows and balconies with good sunset views. When you walk in, it's cute and cozy.

The apartments have some minor issues (like the bottom of my bathroom door was chewed up), but nothing terrible. They are currently fixing some apartments after Hurricane Florence, and we have a large water stain on our ceiling from excessive rainwater (but I can't really complain). Sometimes people throw loud parties, but they usually get shut down fairly quickly.

And the price is unmatched for what you get!

Appliances are horrible. Most everything in the kitchen has broken at least once sometimes several times.
