      Where do I even start! I have 4 corporate units at this property, and our experience here has been top notch. I have been running this market remotely and was finally able to come down and tour the property in person today. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh Splawn who made this entire experience absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about the customer service and professionalism he provided. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, took his time with me and did not rush me at all. Josh knew the property and the area very well and provided recommendations nearby. I am absolutely thrilled that we decided to lease here and have had noting but positive feedback and experiences for our members at this property. The amenities and grounds are impeccable as well. Jenna, Leslie and Josh have all been wonderful to work with and beyond helpful. Pier 33 is a true gem in Wilmington!

      I've lived here for over a year now and I couldn't be happier! The amenities are top notch and the staff is amazing. It's in a perfect spot for me, walking distance to the bars and restaurants and easy access to the highway. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, especially if you're a dog lover!

      I love living at Pier 33. The location, my view, the amenities are all what make it so awesome. Jenna in the office is fabulous!

      My job is to find corporate housing for traveling healthcare professionals, and I have to say Pier 33 is THE BEST property I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have been working with the property manager Joshua, and he has been nothing short of spectacular. He gave me all the information I could possibly ask for (and then some!) about the property, and just the Wilmington area in general, which really helped our client make the decision to stay at Pier 33. The facilities are immaculate, the staff is great, and Wilmington is such a nice area. I HIGHLY recommend working with Joshua at Pier 33 if you need a place to stay, especially if you need a corporate lease. He made the process so smooth and easily understandable. He clearly knows his stuff!

      Average but kind of trashy. Community is nice but people (adults?) don't clean up after themselves, kids run around the pool, dogs run around the building. Nice community just not luxury
