    Our family has lived here for almost a year, and we are in love with this place! The apartment has the perfect layout to maximize the usefulness of the space. The location is absolutely perfect. We are literally within ten minutes of everything we want, need, love AND were only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches. We were originally a little concerned that the noise levels would be high because of the propertys close proximity to the college, but it is actually the quietest apartment complex weve ever lived in. We had one issue upon moving in and they had it fixed the NEXT day. Im also happy to report that bug spraying of the apartments is REQUIRED so there are no bugs crossing over from untidy neighbors, which has happened to us in past apartments. So, there are no bugs here. Finally, the pool and play areas are perfect. Our son loves the playground, the common area is outfitted with actual outdoor equipment that stays nice and is fun to use. Plus, the pool was never overly crowded and they keep it super clean. The management team here is nice and always quick to respond to anything weve needed. Basically, we give this place a 12 out of 10 and are so glad we decided to move here.

    The maintenance team are the nicest people you will ever meet. They respond quickly any time I put a service request in. I believe the property manager does want residents to be happy. Whenever I had an issue, she also was quick to respond. The complex itself is quiet, mostly nice and friendly people, except for my selfish neighbor who thinks he can do what he wants in his unit even if it affects others. So be careful there. I have a TON of those palmetto roaches in my apartment. I even hired my own exterminator and still have them. Also had those wood roaches here and there, it has helped getting an exterminator but I still come across a few. The units themselves are old, so expect stuff to need fixing and the repair may not be done 100%. Not much closet space. I think I pay at least $250 more than someone coming in today and looking to rent and upgraded units are cheaper too than what I pay for a standard unit so that's annoying but not much I can do there. Oh and yes, the water does get turned off randomly and I would say, too often. I hope to leave when my lease is up... Also because I don't like Wilmington....too crowded for me.
