Fantastic place to live. Many amenities such as salt water pool, barbecue area, 2 buildings have covered parking. Gated community safe clean. The staff are excellent professionals.

In my opinion, this is the nicest apartment complex in all of Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. You can't beat the location and the amenities are wonderful. I LOVE my apartment. It's so bright and roomy and laid out perfectly. The staff is always so friendly and helpful as well. I can't say enough good things about Grand View!!! Oh, and I love my view of the waterway and the bridge. When the moon is full, it takes your breath away!
