I absolutely love living at Crosswinds! It's in such a perfect location and you can tell that everyone on staff truly cares about you. Every worker here goes above and beyond. I'm happy to call Crosswinds home :)

Nice community, easily accessable to many areas of Wilmington nc. Apartment is nice especially with the new upgrades. I only wish we had more closet space and/or storage closet.

Too many bugs, too many people not picking up their pet messes.

We understand how frustrating it can be for other people not to pick up after their pets. We have pet waste stations throughout the community to make for easier clean up but some residents ignore this. We are working on creating a system that will prevent this from happening in the future. We also make sure to clean, inspect, treat, and repair all units prior to a new tenant moving in. If you are experiencing bugs after move in, please report it and a staff member will happily assist you.
