Cozy apartment with lots of sunlight. Huge balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. Alexis was so helpful making sure we got into an apartment that would work for us. Maintenance stays on top of things. Any small issue we have (some of which were my fault) and Dave and Mark were here before I could blink. I cant say enough good things about them.

I have lived here for close to a year and I have really enjoyed it. The amenities are nice and so are the apartments. The bedrooms are very spacious and the whole place has a lot of natural sunlight. Maintenance is always really quick to come over if anything breaks. Alexis has always been really helpful to me and all my roommates with any questions we have had.

Clear Run is a great location and very centraly located in Wilmington. Easy access to the the college, beach and downtown. Walking distance to multiple shopping centers. Apartments are good sized with lots of closet space. We have lived here since 2016 and appreciate all the staff here for their professionalism and their response time for maintenance. A special shout out to Devin in the office, she is always helpful with any issues we have had and gone above and beyond to help resolve them. Dave and Jacob have been great maintenance tech's over the years and we appreciate all their hard work. Brian and Chelsey

We like the area, its close to our jobs and schools. The staff has been very accommodating and kind. They have installed new lights and at night it is very safe.

We absolutely love our Apartment at Clear Run!!!! The staff is super accommodating and so friendly. Alexis was amazing at communicating everything for us while we were planning our move from chicago! Five stars to her! Also the maintenance staff is incredible!!!! I wish we moved here years ago!!!!!

I love the community, there’s always someone in the leasing office to answer questions or help get large packages to my door. The property manager is very responsive via email. The amenities are well kept, and theres events to help the residents to get to know each other.

Tami, Devon, and the rest of the front office staff are amazing! They are easy to get in touch with and I am very impressed by how much they care for their residents. The maintenance team also does a wonderful job keeping the property looking beautiful and respodning to service requests. Great location too - in the heart of Wilmington. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I have been residents here since 2016 and we are very happy with our overall experience throughout the years. We have lived in both phase 1 and 3. The apartments may not be brand new, but they are spacious and have plenty of closet space. Our balcony is larger than all the new fancy apartments in town. We have and use our wood burning fireplace. Great location. Staff here is so courteous and maintenance issues are resolved immediately.

I can't say it enough! The office staff are amazing, very nice, always happy very helpful with anything I need. The maintenance employees are top notch to take care of anything thing wrong or anything that breaks.
