Great people, great amenities, and the social events they organize are such a cool idea! Also appreciate the recent art additions in the hallways, and the little decorative items like the stools and pillows by the elevator on each floor. Feels like home!

Everything they say online is true. In addition, my terrace garden thrives so well facing sunrise and an enormous beautiful tree. The staff is always available and pleasantly efficient and personal. In the year i have been here, i have not just seen good maintenance but also enhancements. The owner himself is active in its management. The building size, openness and brightness of units give it a homier feeling. Great great location.

The location is great, but the building and management does not warrant the price we pay. The unit did not have simple things such as towel racks in the bathroom. The water pressure is horrible and we were told that's just part of living on the 4th floor. The hallways typically smell of trash and there is consistently food and dirt on the floor. Maintenance guy is great, but the management is unresponsive and unhelpful. She blatantly told me she wanted a new job, which explains the apathy.
