Great people, great amenities, and the social events they organize are such a cool idea! Also appreciate the recent art additions in the hallways, and the little decorative items like the stools and pillows by the elevator on each floor. Feels like home!
The overall experience is good but there was never enough parking... especially if you wanted to have guests.
The management of the building is very good. It is a relatively new building so appliances are new and you have a washer and dryer in each apartment. The sound proofing could be a bit better however.
This has been interesting. I thought with the rate here it would be different but it has surprised me and not in a good way.
