Great people, great amenities, and the social events they organize are such a cool idea! Also appreciate the recent art additions in the hallways, and the little decorative items like the stools and pillows by the elevator on each floor. Feels like home!

The management of the building is very good. It is a relatively new building so appliances are new and you have a washer and dryer in each apartment. The sound proofing could be a bit better however.

So far so good. Nice size apartment, a balcony, covered parking, storage and valet service. The office is always helpful. There is even a fitness center.
