I have over 800 credit score - paid rent on auto pay for my son - from day one there were bugs in unit and was told they are beach bugs and they are dead so nothing can be done. The community had no WiFi for months and no rent concessions were made. Water pressure is horrid. I moved out my son in July and now get a collection call that we owe $470 for turn over fee, utilities for an empty apt for two months) and carpet replacement for a bedroom and we left it clean with no stains. Do not rent from this community - for what you pay it is not worth it whatsoever. The kids that work there are sweet but management has take it or leave it mentality and you cant cancek without hefty fines.

Super pleased with my apartment! I am in the one bedroom loft and it is super spacious and came with a washer/dryer. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the office staff and maintenance team. The amenities are all really cool and I ride my bike everywhere. I would definitely recommend living here!

This place is a joke. I shouldve known from the start it was going to be bad. First of all, they are way over priced and pretend to be nice apartments when really they are bad apartments that have been poorly remodeled. When I first signed my lease 2 years ago, they put me in the wrong room. I tried to fix it in March, but they didnt do anything until May and then tried to charge me extra for signing late when it was their fault. I let that slide and lived there for a year with not too many difficulties other than the shoddy appliances. I signed another years lease just because I wanted to continue living with my friends. Unfortunately, in September my great aunt got very sick and I moved home to help my grandmother take care of her. She passed away in October so I decided to stay home and transfer schools to be near my grandmother. When I tried to sublease, I had no luck and when I went to the office for help, I was told that they would only help me if all of their other apartments were leased out because they were already getting my money and they wanted other peoples as well. So here I am in June, and Ive been paying 600 dollars a month for a place where I dont even live on top of tuition for my new college. All the office had to say for themselves is that all of this was in the lease. Well Im sorry life doesnt go as planned. If you rent here, you better hope nothing ever goes wrong in your life because they wont care. Good luck

I would honestly give this apartment 0 stars if I at all could. For starters, the rent is WAY OVERPRICED. I would love to know why they think this apartment is worth what they are charging me. I have a laundry list of things that are wrong with this apartment. For starters, there is a HUGE roach problem even though they "spray for bugs". The walls are so incredibly thin, I can hear the people next to me watching TV and talking and the people above me stomping at all hours of the day. The area also doesn't appear to be that safe either as my roommates car was broken into. We also had an issue with water coming up from underneath our floorboards and it took maintenance like a month to get it all resolved, not to mention it was like pulling teeth to get them to communicate to us. We also had an issue where my roommate's sink in her bathroom actually completely fell off the wall and shattered onto the floor. She ended up getting seriously injured. The front office also NEVER answers emails and they aren't that friendly or knowledgeable either. For your own sake, please do not sign a lease here. You will regret it.

Living here has been the worst experience. They didn't have a model for us to look at because they told us the one bedroom lofts were being "remodeled", which was just them painting over everything. They got paint all over the floor and it was overall a bad job. The day that I moved in my apartment was filthy, there was pee and MOLD on the toilet seat and the person they sent to clean it didn't even clean it fully. And the roaches are terrible, no matter how many times they spray it's still a problem. I came home one night to a roach giving birth on my countertop. The walls are also very thin because I can hear all of my neighbors even when they're just talking. This a small thing compared to the rest of their problems, but they don't even have lids for the cups at their coffee station in the clubhouse so you can't take it with you or else you have to be very careful not to spill it. These apartments are definitely not worth it, do not live here.
