Worst place Ive ever been at. Covered in mold , rude sarcastic staff that are unreliable, and they charge you for anything and everything when you move out. I highly suggest saving your money.

This place is super cozy for a one bedroom. However, the kitchen stove/oven is outdated and sketchy. I hate using it. The smoke alarm always goes off when I cook because it's literally right across from the stove and the fan doesn't do much good. Little counter space. No fan in bathroom. No ceiling light in bedroom. Thin walls. Never recieved my gift card I was promised when I moved in, and was also promised a 1st floor apartment and got a 3rd floor. I didn't get the furnished option so not only did they have to take the furniture out, but I had to move all of my furniture up three floors. Pool is nice but not that clean once you're in it.

A word to the wise- don't EVER live at CEV Villages in Wilmington. I moved out over the summer and they are now claiming I owe them over $500 for carpet stains and trash in the kitchen. When I moved out I left that place cleaner than when I moved in. The apartment was FILTHY when I moved in and I spent hours getting it to a livable condition.
Throughout living there, the utilities randomly spiked and dropped, and I often paid more for water, sewer and electric than my parents 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Their lease agreement CLEARLY states that water was included, but when I approached them about it, the manager said "they have the right to change what they like." I know these charges are simple due to my parents complaining. Their lease agreement is confusing and a total of 4 pages. My current lease at my new apartment was 25 pages. 4 pages is not normal.
The manager there has been extremely rude to my parents on more than one occasion. She also terrified and upset a friend of mine when she simply wanted to pick up a package. Every time I was in the office that lady was yelling at someone. I have never had a worse experience at an apartment complex as I have with CEV. It's over-priced, they treat you like garbage, and it's not worth the short walk. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere - ANYWHERE - else.

My daughter is a new resident there and so far it's been one problem after another. Begining with the day she moved in. On the day she moved in she was informed that her apartment had been given to another tennant. Then they reassigned her to another apartment the had to be cleaned, and was not on the floor she had originally requested. She ended up spending the night at a hotel and was promised that she would be reimbursed. This has not happened nor has she received the $400 Gift Card they promised for signing a one year lease. She also had a $150 credit towards her rent that was credited to the apartment that was given to someone else. This issue is also unresolved. Clearly the people running this complex are inept, rude, messy, lack organizational skills, untrustworthy and clearly do not follow through with what they tell their tenants. She is constantly getting the run around. Please do your research before renting from this agency. This place is awful! And if they do not rectify these issues soon, we will report them to the better business bureau!
