So I already knew this place was going to be amazing because some friends of mine use to live here, and it has def lived up to my expectations! It's quiet and there is always parking, which I love! The pool is never super busy which I like a lot! There is never a lot of noise, I've never heard my neighbors and actually questioned if I had any haha. I love this place and the staff is amazing, we are actually thinking about buying one the condos so we can stay here for a long time.

So thankful we found this place!!! Very clean and well maintained. The ladies ( Amber & Jasmine) in the office are so sweet and Tim the maintenance guy is unbelievable! The other tenants are quiet and respectful. We absolutely lucked out!!!!

This place could be amazing if it wasn't for the condo owners association board. The staff have always delivered prompt, courteous service. The apartments are well insulated, only super loud noise gets through. There is a courtesy officer that responds quickly to loud music and any noise violation who is very friendly and courteous. The condo owners association board goes around policing the place, and in one instance, my young child was yelled at for riding a ripstick in the tennis court. I wasn't aware skateboards were not aloud on the property, and so I take full responsibility for my child riding his ripstick where it wasn't aloud (were talking a young elementary school kid here) however no one has the right to address a small child in a way they could deem as threatening. Especially to yell at them to the point where they come home crying. My other older child was with the child riding the skateboard, and they were holding on to the net to try and stay on the board, which I know could ruin both the net and the tennis court, and I take responsibility for them doing that and I will make sure they never play in the court again. They were not trying to intentionally break anything, nor did they break anything. However, no one should address them in a threatening manner. Especially two innocent, shy children who are NEVER in trouble, and never bother anyone. Apparently, that isn't allowed here either as we have lived here one year, and never see other children outside. In another instance, my husband and son were changing the car battery on our vehicle, and an owner reported us to the office for working on our automobile on the premises. Seriously.... a battery. The car was NOT lifted in any way, the hood was up and we were performing a quick change of battery.

My only complaint would be the parking. As an owner of a 3 bedroom unit I feel strongly that you should always have access to at least one parking space in front of your building. This has been a problem from the beginning! My likes and dislikes are: Love the location and it's really nice and quiet!
