These are the most spacious and homey apartments I found in Wilmington. The community is like a well developed village made just for me with it's lush trees and grounds, a very peaceful and pleasant place to enjoy a morning or afternoon stroll. And the staff is always so pleasant and accommodating.

If you have a dog this place has a dog park but it is not somewhere you would want to take your dog. they do not take care of it and the solution to many complaints was throw pine straw on it instead of keeping the grass cut. When talking to upper management they just make budget excuses. This is an easy fix but they just do not care about your animals having somewhere to be off leash.

I love it here. The community is like a family - the residents are so friendly and the office and maintenance staff are very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and I am within walking distance of everything I need.
