What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wilmington

My favorite thing about my neighborhood is the fact that I can walk around it easily at any time of day

My neighborhood has older, very well maintained homes. We are quite close to a shopping area, schools, fire station, and gyms. Except for traffic, it's an ideal place to live.

Near the beach. Everything is close by. Lots of trees that are beautiful. Harris Teeter I'd close and Lowes food

Elderly neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors watching out for each other. Waving at neighbors Hoa keeps up the outdoor areas. Locked doors.

Dog friendly neighborhood and lovely trees. Houses are well kept inside and out. It is beautiful here.

My neighbors greet each other with a smile, look out for each other, and will do favors for each other.
