The faculty is extremely nice and makes you feel important.
We live here for a year and love management they are always sweet and if we need anything fixed they are here the same day.
The current management does not care about you at all. They do the bare minimum to fix your issues, get involved in your personal business, have attitudes whenever you need something, and just seem to have issues all around. If you call the corporate office, it is not better. The first time I tried to get ahold of corporate, it took me 10 days. The second, it took me 3 and the woman was rude to me when I was complaining about unprofessionalism of staff. They try to do whatever they can to keep your security deposit, and don't even tell you where it is being held, which is a violation of NC law. If you want to move out because of issues, they try to charge you 2 months rent or tell you to take a risk and leave and they will try to rent it out, but you have to pay until they do. The property is wonderful. The staff? Not so much. I'm also not sure where the nature preserve is here. I've been here for months and have never seen it. There is a sketchy wooded area, but it isn't maintained. Also, be prepared for noise. All the NASCAR kids live here (and also get ripped off), and like to speed their cars along the roads late at night.
There is little to no parking available. I was suppose to get a rentavated apartment with new appliances, but my refrigerator went out. On top of that I had to argue just to wait a week before they replaced it and lost all my food. Not for the residence but they will make sure they get their rent.
The old management was the worst I've ever seen & the new management isn't much better.
