The staff is awesome. They always call me by name. Maintenance is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and reasonable. I like living in a gated community.
The staff at Waterford Apartments is very professional and extremely kind. When ever I have had any issue with my apartment it was dealt with immediately and there was always a check back to make sure I was satisified with the service. The apartment complex plans a lot of events for the residents, which I love. I also like that there are things planned to help people outside of our community such as the blood drive.
I love Waterford very nice apartments, the amenities are wonderful and maintain very nice. The staff is very very nice and helpful to anything I need . I would defently recommend Waterford to others.
I have lived here for 3 years, and I sadly must rate this community average at this current time because of the upkeep of the grounds and noise levels by pets.
Stuff is nice, but nothing goes further than words...
