Revere at Sherrill's Ford

This is not a good place to be they dont have the gates ready on one side and if you come in after 730 or eight you will not find a parking place. Its awful broken down cars and trash in the parking lot like the ghetto.

Brand new apartments! Great area!

I lived here for a year and the entire time I lived there we had no pool, no BBQ area, outdoor seating, fireplace, no gated community or other listed amenities. The clubhouse was completed right around Christmas, but I had already been living there 3-4 months. Trash services weren't available in the beginning and there were just dumpsters in the middle of parking lots. In general the apartment was an entirely unpleasant experience. I paid extra for a bottom floor apartment so I could have plants in the mulched areas but instead received aggressive notices stating nothing could be extended off the cement patio. Fine, I bought a metal rack to put plants on. Then more notices.. rack and all items on it must be removed by x date, no table allowed by front door (to place groceries on while unlocking with full hands), no bags of soil for planting, no plants in breezeway. Mind you many other neighbors had patios full. Being on the first floor made it more visible as they walked by and showed the new construction units to future residents. As other reviews state it's a situation of just trying to generate money by filling apartments instead of treating your curent tenants well. The unit itself was a disaster as well. Thin walls and ceilings meant I heard every step, every bit of music, every load of laundry.. it was so bad that I could hear the upstairs neighbor slide the hangers in her closet. The doors have no soft close feature so they slam if you don't take care to close them quietly. It felt like living in a cheap hotel.. doors slamming and people thundering up and down the steps. The paint was borderline primer and had overspray on the cabinets and appliances. There is no hand towel holder in the bathroom, and no lid (just seat) on the toilet. The racks in the pantry are thin and bent with the weight of home canned goods and Mason jars. The vent above the stove doesn't work at all. The tile they chose has natural brown coloring so my bathroom always looked dirty.

It is now mid Sept.2022, and we moved in 6 months ago...were promised pool would be ready by Memorial Day, then July 1, then July 31...now summer is over and still nothing..no kids park, cabanas, grills, basically only outdoor amenities are dog park and wash station...what a terrible terrible decision it was to move here...counting the days till our lease is up, total incompetence from management company..just no excuse for it..Do not move here...you will regret it

Yes, the ladies at the front office at Cheryl’s Ford location are really helpful. The maintenance people are friendly incompetent.

Great apartment community! Heather and the ladies that work in the office are always friendly and great to answer any questions I ever have. My apartment itself is modern and very spacious. I just renewed my lease and looking forward to enjoying this community for a while longer.

I am very pleased to let you know that Revere At Sherrills Ford, NC is a beautiful place to live. The office staff is so very helpful and I especially want to acknowledge Heather Morgan what an awesome person. She was with me the whole time when I sold my home in Little River, SC. She made the biggest part of my properties search because of her care and through professional guidance. I am so very happy here after loosing my wife of 50 years last May I needed this fresh start in my life. The maintance team is excellent and respond quickly if needed. Revere at Sherrrlls Ford is the place to live. My apartment is beautiful and quite quiet which a retired widower loves. If you’re thinking about a place to live in Sherrrlls Ford, NC this is the place you will love it like I do and you will love my new friend Heather Morgan a wonderful caring person. Mark Fanus

My husband and I have been in the search for a new apartment, due to our expanding family. We have looked at several properties and almost passed up on this gem. However something told us to go check it out. When we walked in we were greatly warmly by Kaitlyn. She should us two units that would suit are needs, pointed out all the amenities the complex has to offer and answered any questions we had without hesitation. By the time we left we knew we had found our next home and where we would start raising our soon to be children. This complex has everything we’ve been looking for and tons more. Once again thank you Kaitlyn. It was a true pleasure meeting with you today. You are certainly an asset to their team :)

They are not honest in revealing things about the apartments. They do not let you know the truth until after you sign the paperwork then tell you there is nothing they can do about it!

Be warned that this is an active construction site. I lived here for a year and had no advertised amenities, dealt with construction, thin walls, and nitpicking from management
