What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Sanford

There's a good local restaurant nearby that not not too many people know about. I like it that there's some peace and quiet sometimes.

Convenient to things like restaurants, gas, groceries. It has a gym and school in the neighborhood, so it is like it's own community.

My neighborhood is located in the country away from the rush of traffic or the rush of people who don't know each other. While restaurants are not within walking distance, they are close enough to get there in about 20 minutes. My family and friends like to go to family oriented places.

It is very quiet. Being in the woods, only trees all the way around the house. See deer and other animals in the yard.
