DON'T MOVE HERE THE STAFF ARE HANDS DOWN STUCK UP AND RUDE AND WILL SIDE OFF WITH ANY TENANT THAT CAN DELIVER SMACK TALK TO OFFICE. THEY SHOULD PARK TRAILERS OUT FRONT THEN THE SCENE WILL BE PERFECT.
I lived here for 2 years in a studio and I never really had any issues. Traci is really nice and had been the manager there while I was living there. She was always very helpful along with the other ladies and their maintenance guy. I could never hear people in the next apartment but you can hear people in the hallways which isn't a problem because people don't hang out in the hallways. It's not the most glamorous place but is a really good deal imo. I don't think a lot of people don't know about Westgrove tower which is a shame because it's not bad for what it is. It is not a sketch area and there is a police hub within 1 mile. There is always parking too. Some of the people are kinda weird that live their but that's kinda what I liked about it, haha. It also feels kinda secluded which I also liked. Not gonna lie, I do miss this place.
Suits my needs and is irresponsibly priced.
I was there for 2 years, the building is kinda old, yet I really never had any maintenance problems. The office staff was always friendly, and helpful. It's a great price for the location, and not having a water bill was nice. So overall I would recommend someone to live there.
