Westgrove tower's location is great. We love by lots or restaurants and jobs and don't have to spend much gas getting around. On the other hand, the building has roaches and you have to keep using Clorox on the told floor to get rid of them for a little while. It also stinks to go grocery shopping in bulk ESPECIALLY at night. There are hardly any spaces close to the door and you have your security card to worry about then selecting which floor (if the elevator is working) . It's just a hassle. I'd suggest getting a cart if you do a lot of grocery shopping. Also some neighbors smoke weed in their rooms and you can smell it in the hallways. And to put the icing on the cake, they are raising the rent $20 extra a month. I currently pay $600 for a studio with me and my wife. I like the price and location but the studio has 1 closet and we just need more room. I refuse to pay $700 or $800 with the same issues I listed before but with bigger space. Planning on leaving soon. This place is good for those who are just looking for a pit stop in life.
Quiet, clean, useful
