Just not worth the price. Plain and simple. While the apartment amenities are very appealing, the actual apartments are cheaply made. You can hear everything, from your neighbors coughing to them turning on their shower. You can hear people's full conversations in the hallways.i have heard stories from my neighbors also, who lives on lower levels of how thin the ceiling is. All of your appliances are also really loud. Lastly, if you do end up moving here, definitely DO NOT live on the 5TH floor, as you have all the loud and old air conditioning above you. Our house constantly rattles in the middle of the night and wakes us up. It took 4 months for the apartment management to try and accomodate our issue and the solution was a joke. They told us we could move, but pay exponentially more a month for the same layout, even though the loud air conditioning are their fault.
It's sad for me to write this, because there are a lot of positive things, like the apartment socials 3x a month, pool, gym and dog park. It's just not worth the $1400+ you are going to spend. Maintenance is slow and never fixes it right on the first try. The leasing agents are great, but the actual management team has poor follow through, taking more than a week to answer you. It's just not worth the price. Just have lower expectations when living here, or take your money elsewhere that might not be selling you a cheap apartment masked as luxury living.
The Tribute is a great place to call home
We are pleased with all aspects of the community.
I like the new improvements to amenities and the multilevel parking its a plus. A lot of social activities between residents. Its a good and safe environment for young professional and families.
Very very noisy. Not just in the summer when the pool is open. I've noticed the walls are fairly thin. Lots of small repairs need to be done in my apartment (example my "wooden" floor is peeling up and has been since I moved in despite being "repaired") and are taking forever. They do, compared to other places, have good amenities and the apartment complex itself is located in a great place. I realize it's an apartment so I shouldn't be overly picky especially considering for the same price their are worse places.
The Tribute offers renters the very best combination of location and lifestyle. Ideally situated off of Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, The Tribute offers spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes in a stunning mid-rise building.
