Property is well maintained and there is professional friendly maintenance and office staff. Would highly recommend!
I have lived at the Marq for two years. My truck has been broken into twice in the last three months. Five other vehicles were broken into around Christmas 2017 in the Marq parking lot. Window smashed in each one which we had to pay to fix out of pocket and some items stolen. I requested they consider putting cameras up and a sign stating the parking lot is under surveillance as a deterrent. The management teams only response is that my lease clearly states they are not responsible for damage or theft in the parking lot.
I no longer have confidence that this is a safe community.
Also, the dog park was closed more than a year ago and we were promised that amenity would be replaced with another dog park but has not happened.
Unless the security issue is addressed, I will sadly be looking elsewhere at the end of my lease.
For as much as you pay to get away from the rift raft this apartment complex just promotes their existence! Your better off paying double at another place for better control of your surroundings. Pass this one up! Trust me....
Apartment living at its finest! The current office staff and maintenance crew are the best! The property is well maintained and safe. I'm going to be living here for a long time!
Was told I could leave lease on documented medical leave without paying lease break fee. 2 years later in collections for not paying lease break fee. No response from Marq or CWS. Garbage. when i have more time and resources well continue looking at this with Attorney. Weak.
