I see that other reviews of this property are quite negative. Allow me to give you another perspective.
I am a current resident and have been for the last few months. I understand the complaints regarding parking, but it's not that big of a deal. (It's not life or death - There's always a space or two available you might just have to walk a little further to your apartment than you would prefer.) Now, as for the current Property Manager - Yes, he is new to this property but not new this type of business. Every time i bring issues to his attention he addresses it promptly and takes it seriously. He has placed multiple work orders for me since i moved in and they have all been completed by maintenance in a timely manner. When it comes to the residence itself and residential maintenance, i don't see any major issues. Everything is maintained and kept clean. If something is broken, then its fixed in a timely manner. If not, i would complain myself. I was very picky about moving back into an apartment setting. The current management was very welcoming and made me feel at ease with the location and helped me choose an apartment that would meet my needs. So far, i haven't had any issues that were not quickly addressed and corrected. Also, He has never been rude to me - nor have i witnessed him being rude to anyone else while in the office. I enjoy living here and I intend to renew my lease. If youre interested in living at this property I would recommend that you read the reviews but ultimately come visit and decide for yourself.

Current Manager is VERY rude if you have any type of complaint that needs to be addressed. Parking situation is terrible. If you need to park after 8 pm good luck in finding a spot. It was much nicer here when a prior organization managed the property. The current management needs to definately work on their people skills and also management skills to ensure that maintenance and residential issues are handled.

Terrible place to live. Was recently bought out by the Solomon group and the management staff changed. New property manager said he doesn't have to worry about maintaining tenants because he had so many people trying to rent spaces. Don't bother moving here, they do not need to take care of tenants to fill spaces. They can treat you however they like.
