The Greens is great, love the layouts of the units. The saltwater pool is fantastic and to have the greenway right there just tops it all off. I would recommend to anyone to live at The Greens. The office staff as well is over the top friendly and helpful answering all my questions and requests.
Overall, The Greens is a nice place to live. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance lead is helpful. I had some maintenance issues that didn't get resolved as quickly as they should have which is why I rated this complex as "good" instead of "excellent." What pushed it above "average" is the dog park and the proximity to walking trails for your furry friend. My pup was happy here and that means a lot to me. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors. However, outside it's a fairly quiet complex for being on a university campus.
Great amenities, nice scenery, close to so many things to do. And the staff is very nice and accomodating.
The facilities are nice. Indoor and outdoor. They staff is present and helpful.
The units are very nice with new appliances and lots of natural light. There are trails and and woods and a lake within walking distance. But most of all the front office staff are incredibly accommodating and professional and just good, nice people. Was a pleasure to live there and interact with them on a daily basis.
