The Greens is great, love the layouts of the units. The saltwater pool is fantastic and to have the greenway right there just tops it all off. I would recommend to anyone to live at The Greens. The office staff as well is over the top friendly and helpful answering all my questions and requests.

Pros: Amazing location, especially for people who work on NC State's campuses; Office staff is friendly

Cons: NOISE and super thin walls!!! You can hear everything your neighbors say and they can hear everything you say; Inconsiderate residents who ignore community guidelines; staff never enforces said guidelines; lack of cell-phone signal on premises; inconvenient layout of premises, for example just to take the trash out could take 10-15 minutes, and you have to physically let guests into the building (no buzzer).

When we moved out, they claimed that we caused pitting stains UNDER the glass cook-top. We used it normally, and did not host any parties, so there was no "excessive cooking". Also we always cleaned them up after cooking. There was no cracks, chips or scratches on the surface, or any signs abusive usage. All 4 burners were still working.This issue has happened in some other apartments as well, so it sounds like it's either a manufacture's defect. However, since GE refused to fix it, they turned it on tenants.

If you do not plan on cooking, or don't mind being charged to fix someone's else problem, then this is the place.

The apartment itself was nice, the amenities were nice for the most part. The car wash hose has no pressure and is not on for half of the year. From other apartments I have live in the Raleigh area, I feel they think they are special being on NC state. There were a few things we were accused of like smoking, which we have never done. 1 of the leasing ladys was very rude to a couple that we are friends with who was looking to move in, they had just graduated and theyve err about to start work full time but kept insisting students couldnt live there and was acting as if they couldnt afford it. We did however have a good experience with Amanda and Jannifer.
