BRAND NEW LUXURY APARTMENT COMMUNITY NEAR DOWNTOWN RALEIGH!
We are currently offering 12 and 13 month lease terms.
the building and amenities are great. club rooms are spacious. many public rooms. pool and outdoor seating is well designed. love having grills. the leasing office staff is great to deal with. twic monthly socials and food trucks are a fun way to meet other residents
The units are well appointed. The overall complex has top of the line amenities. The gym offers high end equipment and a studio room for group classes. I appreciate the secured garage parking. Lastly, the staff is incredibly responsive and work to build a social community offering various get togethers.
It's like living in a dog pound- too many dogs!! Use of the loading dock all hours of the day and night - disturbing to residents!! Pricey. A lot of residents don't take care of the property - don't use designated dog park, smokers don't respect non- smoking facility policy and dog owners allow their dogs in the community areas and on the furniture - unsanitary. Staff is nice but don't seem to be able to enforce rules.
Friendly neighbors, great amenities and location... units have nice designs
Overall the Carolinian is awesome!! Great venues - common areas, staff is EXCELLENT, services are great & locations is wonderful. If there is one area to mention, I'd say the cleanliness of the residential areas....elevators, hallways, garage, etc. could be cleaner.....but still not bad.
