I love living in these apartments yes we have had some changes but all in all everything is still wonderful to me been here 4 yrs and have never had a issuewith anyone or anything come check them out for yourself reviews are good to read but you will only know if you like them if you stay here and see for yourself I can only tell you my experience here and I Love it
I LOVED my place until new management came and ruined everything. The amazing staff that everyone knew and loved was all fired. The new management came and not even 30 days in they are costing us more money each month. $20 additional to what I already pay each month for valley trash. You can SEE the community trash from my front door and the fee for vallet is mandatory. I am at work like most residents when they want the trash cans to be outside and brought back in for the morning. There are bugs called silverfish (look them up) that are constantly in my apartment. Each WEEK I call to request to be put on the pest list and each WEEK they forget my apartment. They created a online community platform to discuss our feelings and concerns and EVERYONE is saying the vallet trash was not factored in the amount they were approved for for the apartment. Management sends the same exact Thank you for your response message and does NOT care. Wont be renewing my lease after this. I can only see this problem getting worse. Such a shame
Do not move here. They recently changed management and they are being messy. They decided to bring this valet trash service to the community and didnt give people an option. $20 extra when the trash dumpster is walking distance for everyone. We already pay $12 for trash service but now an extra $20 just to have people take it for us??? Who wants that? And the trash cans they gave us wont even hold a medium sized bag of trash. Not only that, they put so many stipulations on having this service. The hours that they are picking up are hour that Im not even at home. So what am I paying for??? This is unacceptable. And also, this is not sanitary at all. Who should be forced to sit trash outside by the door and then bring it back inside the apartment. That brings on pest issues. I have spoken with several residents about this and we all have the same concerns. The leasing office has new staff and the assistant manager is already showing terrible customer service. I literally had to hang up on her. I am waiting for Shelli to contact me. I went by the office to make an appointment with her and called the office and I havent heard back from her yet.
I am a current resident of this apartment community. I love the ambience and the amenities provided. I have an infant and we love to move around in the evening. The community is absolutely clean and smoke-free. The best part is its near to Walmart and Triangle town mall. I would definitely recommend this apartment for stay.
This place is ultra convenient to shopping and transportation.
The apartment maintenance is great.
We really love this community. The new owners appear to be good managers and ratings of their properties are excellent.
I hope we can afford to remain here after improvements are made.
