Southridge Apartments are roomy, pleasant, and well kept. The grounds are impeccable and the staff is very knowledgeable and nice. I have enjoyed Southridge for six years and look forward to many more years here. We are close to downtown as well as a fast route anywhere on highway 40.

The units are very nice and when something needs to be taken care of, it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I have been here for 3 years and the rent has been increased each year. Also, nothing is included in the rent fee. This took a minute to get used to, b/c in NJ, heat and water were included in the renter's price. just a bit of a shocker was all. They do keep the grounds looking nice and other than the occasional siren, it is quiet.

At this time, I can't write review about this place because things will not change.

I loI love this place, it's just small apartment-wise and a far walk from my car when I have a lot of items. It's safe and I don't think management allows criminal activity.

So I've lived here about 2 weeks now and Stacy from maintenance has been incredible with a truly positive attitude every time he comes by. Also Joe from Management was very helpful in getting the lease. I'll update this post ins month or 2 after I've had some time here. 9/8/22 Update: So, this is the first complex that the office team had a wonderful suggestion, when I put in a work order, that was ProActive vs ReActive and I loved it. Also my first 3months were chaotic personally and when things started to come together, and I brought up issues that were noticed on Move In, both the Property Manager and Maintenance Manager came down to the apartment to look over the issues and have again, been ProActive vs ReActive and very helpful.

I moved in in May 2014. My living experience here has and is very good. Management is super. I have had only a couple maintenance problems and when they were notified response time was excellent. I would recommend South Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

South ridge apartments is a very beautiful estate. The staff here is always professional, thought worthy and is always on top of any and all service calls. At the moment I can't see myself moving from this property because if you remember the old saying "the grass isn't always the greenest on the other side of the fence." I never had any issues with my neighbors. So if you thinking about moving here then believe me when I say, you will never regret it.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and I love it here. I have no problem with neighbors, neighborhood is super clean and office staff as well as maintenance staff are awesome. If I had to pick again I would move here with no doubt. Best apartments ever!

I have enjoyed living in South Ridge Apartments for 3 years now. It is home. My neighbors are friendly, the staff is professional yet like family. The grounds are impeccable and any maintenance issue is resolved immediately. I love my home. You will, too.
